SPA UNIX Services provides support for Unix servers and storage service.

Our centrally-managed Unix servers run a mix of AIX and Redhat Linux operating systems. We provide planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance.  Support includes resource management, performance tuning and capacity planning, computer security, hardware and software problem source identification (troubleshooting), and data backup and restoration services.  Both second level and off-hour support are provided as well as 24x7 on-call support.

Storage service provides disk and tape resources to our central servers. Disk storage consists of server attached storage (SAS), network attached storage (NAS), and a storage area network (SAN).  A robotic tape library provides backup support for AIX, Linux, Windows and z/OS servers.
